It's worth your time to review your options and costs, and choose what will work best for you and your family in the year ahead. Annual Enrollment is October 26–November 6, 2026.
Every year, paycheck costs for coverage, plan doctors, and covered medications can all change. Carriers can change the locations they serve, and your life may have changed too. It’s important to review your current choices, check your options for next year, and make sure your coverage is still right for you and your family.
Through a benefits marketplace, you have medical, dental, and vision plan options and a variety of insurance carriers—Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Kaiser, and more depending on where you live.
You can choose accident, critical illness, and hospital insurance which provide cash payments when you have an eligible claim. You also have options for legal services, ID theft protection, pet insurance, and more.
When you review your options and think about what’s best for you and your family, you’ll want to consider what you’ll pay through paycheck contributions, what you’ll pay when you receive care, if your favorite doctors are in network, and your health care needs and preferences.
You can make your choices through SuccessFactors (select the My Benefits tile). As you enroll, follow the prompts to provide your beneficiary information too. A few days after you enroll, you’ll receive an email confirming your elections.
If you add a dependent in your coverage, you will need to provide proof of the dependent relationship such as a marriage or birth/adoption certificate. (This is only for newly added dependents, not for those currently enrolled.)
If you choose a Bronze or Bronze Plus medical plan for the first time, you must accept the HSA terms and conditions when you enroll. That way, you can receive the HSA money from Primo Brands.
If you choose Supplemental Life and AD&D or Buy-Up LTD insurance, you may need to provide information about your health—called “evidence of insurability” or EOI—to the insurance company before your life insurance can be approved. If this applies to you, you’ll be notified as you enroll.
If you or a family member is being treated for a medical condition and your current provider is not in the new carrier network, you may be able to temporarily continue care with your current provider for a period of time. For information about transition of care, check with the carriers you’re considering. This worksheet can help you know what questions to ask.
If you don’t enroll, you’ll keep the same benefits you have now (with any cost/coverage updates). But if you want to put money into an HSA or FSA, you must choose those contributions for 2027. Those choices never carry over.
After this Annual Enrollment, you can only update your benefits if there’s a big change in your life such as marriage or birth/adoption (within 30 days of the event).
Costs for coverage are changing (as they do every year), and there can be changes in your plan’s in-network providers, covered prescription drugs, and carrier service area. Review your options carefully when you enroll through SuccessFactors > My Benefits. Here are some specific updates for 2027.
In the Bronze medical plans, the in-network deductibles are increasing to keep up with IRS requirements:
In the Silver medical plans, the in-network deductibles are also increasing to keep up with IRS requirements:
HSA contributions: The 2027 limits are $4,500 if you have individual coverage and $9,000 if you cover one more dependents (limit amounts include the company contribution). If you are age 55 or older in 2027, you can contribute an additional $1,000 annually.
Keep in mind that these limits include your HSA contribution and the Primo Brands HSA contribution, which you can receive if you enroll in a Bronze or Bronze Plus medical plan. There is no Primo Brands HSA contribution in the Silver plan.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA) contributions: You can contribute up to $3,400 to your Health Care or Limited Purpose Health Care FSA in 2027. For the Dependent Care FSA, you can contribute up to $7,500 in 2027 ($3,750 if married and filing taxes separately). Estimate carefully—you lose any funds you don’t use.
If you are paid weekly, your benefit deductions will continue to come out your weekly pay (spread out evenly over all 52 paychecks).
Each of the plans include “extra” services to help you and your family be well, including virtual care, gym discounts, support to help quit tobacco products, wellbeing programs to help you build healthy habits, fertility and family-building supporting support for diabetes, heart health, weight, hypertension, mental health, and personalized assistance with making appointments and handling bills and claims.

If you enroll in a Primo Brands medical plan and use tobacco products, you’ll pay an additional $50 per month for coverage. If you enroll in tobacco cessation support and complete a program, you can avoid paying the surcharge.
The tobacco surcharge also applies for a covered spouse/domestic partner who uses tobacco products.
If you newly enroll in a medical plan, you'll receive a new ID card to use when you receive care. If you enroll in a medical plan with Anthem or Cigna, you won’t get a physical ID card in the mail. Instead, you can access your digital ID card on the member website or app. You can also request a physical card on the website or app, if you prefer. Other medical plans do provide physical ID cards in the mail, and you can also access a digital ID card on the member website or app.
Your benefit deductions for coverage you choose will be spread out over all your paychecks in 2027.
