All employees will have the same benefit options for 2026. What’s changed for you depends on whether you’re legacy Primo Water or legacy BlueTriton Brands. Choose your option below.
Your benefits for 2026 offer exciting changes and new options. You have all new medical, dental, and vision plans through a benefits marketplace. This lets you choose from lots of different plan options and carrier networks, so you have more flexibility to choose what works best for you and your family. It’s essentially a marketplace where you can shop for coverage from different carriers who are competing for your business.
Explore below to learn how your 2026 benefits compare to your 2025 benefits.
Explore this site to learn more about the benefits mentioned above as well as additional benefits for 2026, including the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Work/Life Services, tuition reimbursement, auto, home, and pet insurance, associate discounts, and more. You can also refer to the Enrollment Guide for details.
If you enroll in a Primo Brands medical plan and use tobacco products, you’ll pay an additional $50 per month for coverage. If you enroll in tobacco cessation support and complete a program, you can avoid paying the surcharge.
The tobacco surcharge also applies for a covered spouse/domestic partner who uses tobacco products.
If you enroll in a medical plan with Anthem or Cigna as the carrier, you won’t get a physical ID card in the mail. Instead, you can access your digital ID card on the member website or app. You can also request a physical card on the website or app, if you prefer. Other medical plans do provide physical ID cards in the mail, and you can also access a digital ID card on the member website or app.
There aren’t any major changes to your benefits for 2026, but there are some updates below that you’ll want to review. Keep in mind: Costs for coverage are changing (as they do every year) and there can be changes in your plan’s in-network providers and covered prescription drugs.
Premiums: Health care costs continue to increase nationwide, which means you may see some increases in what you pay for coverage if you stay in your current medical plan. Primo Brands will pay more as well, and we’ll continue to cover the majority of the cost of providing insurance for you and your family. You may be able to lessen cost increases by switching to another medical plan option. That’s the great thing about the benefits marketplace—there are many different options to meet a variety of budget and coverage needs.
New Bronze Plus medical plans: You will have access to a new level of medical plans called Bronze Plus. Bronze Plus plans are HDHP options with a lower deductible than the Bronze-level HDHP options. It’s a good choice if you want more coverage than the standard Bronze plan while still keeping your premiums affordable.
New Primo Brands HSA contributions: If you enroll in a Bronze or Bronze Plus plan for 2026, Primo Brands will contribute money to your Health Savings Account (HSA)—$350 for individual coverage and $700 if you cover dependents (spread out in quarterly deposits). The company contribution is automatic—you don’t need to contribute anything to receive it.
Bronze deductible: In the Bronze medical plans, in-network deductibles are increasing:
Fertility coverage enhancements: The lifetime maximum coverage is increasing for all the medical plan options:
Carrier changes: Geisinger will no longer be an available medical carrier in 2026. If you don’t elect a medical plan during Annual Enrollment, you (and your currently covered dependents) will be automatically enrolled in the lowest-cost plan within the same coverage level you have now.
Anthem and Cigna ID cards: If you enroll in a medical plan with Anthem or Cigna, you won’t get a physical ID card in the mail. Instead, you can access your digital ID card (or request a physical ID card) on the member website or app.
HSA contributions: In addition to the new HSA contribution from Primo Brands in the Bronze and Bronze Plus plans mentioned above, there are new IRS limits on how much you (and Primo Brands) can contribute to your HSA. The 2026 limits are $4,400 if you have individual coverage and $8,750 if you cover one more dependents (limit amounts include the company contribution). If you are age 55 or older in 2026, you can contribute an additional $1,000 annually.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA) contributions: You can contribute up to $3,300 to your Health Care or Limited Purpose Health Care FSA in 2026. For the Dependent Care FSA, you can contribute up to $7,500 in 2026 ($3,750 if married and filing taxes separately). Estimate carefully—you lose any funds you don’t use.
Silver and Gold enhancements: You’ll pay less for vision exams:
Silver benefit allowances: If you’re covered under the Silver coverage level, the in-network benefit allowance for frames or contact lenses will increase to $150 (instead of $130).
