New Hire Enrollment

You have the opportunity to choose your Primo Brands benefits within 30 days of your hire date.

The coverage you choose—and your benefit deductions to pay for the coverage—begin retroactively on your hire date.

Follow the 3 steps below, so you can make sure you and your family have the coverage you need.

If you don’t enroll within 30 days of your hire date, you may only enroll during Annual Enrollment in the fall (for 2027 coverage) or after a qualifying life event, like getting married, welcoming a child, or losing coverage elsewhere.

Consider all your options and what you might need.

Explore all your options on this website and learn about valuable benefits that could help you save money or protect you and your family. Through a benefits marketplace, you have medical, dental, and vision plan options and a variety of insurance carriers—Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Kaiser, and more depending on where you live. You also have all options for other benefits, legal service, ID theft protection, pet insurance, and more.

Check your costs, coverage, and providers.

When you review your options and think about what’s best for you and your family, you’ll want to consider what you’ll pay through paycheck contributions, what you’ll pay when you receive care, if your favorite doctors are in network, and your health care needs and preferences.

  • Use the Help Me Choose tool to find the right plan for you based on your health care needs and preferences, including your budget. You can find Help Me Choose in the enrollment platform when you make your enrollment choices.
  • You can make sure your favorite providers are in network with the Find Doctors feature within the enrollment process. Call the insurance carrier if you aren’t completely sure if your provider is in network.
  • If you have prescriptions you take regularly, confirm how your medications will be covered before you choose a new plan. You can use the prescription drug checker as you enroll. 
  • Learn about the “extras” provided by the medical plan carriers—special programs included in your coverage to support you and your family, such as low-cost virtual care, programs to help you manage serious health conditions, wellbeing resources, and more.

Make your choices within 30 days of your date of hire.

You can make your choices through the Primo Brands Benefits Service Center enrollment platform, available through SuccessFactors (select the My Benefits tile).

When you make your choices, follow the prompts to provide your beneficiary information too!

A few days after you enroll, you’ll receive an email confirming your elections.

If you include a dependent in your coverage, you will need to provide proof of the dependent relationship such as a marriage or birth/adoption certificate.

If you or a family member is being treated for a medical condition and your current provider is not in the new carrier network, you may be able to temporarily continue care with your current provider for a period of time. For information about transition of care, check with the carriers you’re considering. This worksheet can help you know what questions to ask.

IMPORTANT! If You Don't Enroll

If you do not enroll within 30 days of your hire date, you will not have the following through Primo Brands in 2026:

  • Medical/prescription drug, dental, or vision coverage
  • Supplemental Buy-Up Long-Term Disability, Life, or AD&D insurance
  • Critical illness, hospital indemnity, or accident insurance
  • Legal services or identity theft protection
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) contributions (if eligible) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) contributions

Life Event Updates

After you enroll as a new hire or during Annual Enrollment, you can update your benefits choices only within 30 days of a qualifying life event, like getting married, welcoming a child, or losing coverage elsewhere.

Update your benefit choices within 30 days.

Update your choices within 30 days of the life event:

  • Through the Primo Brands Benefits Service Center enrollment platform, available through SuccessFactors (select the My Benefits tile) or directly at worklife.alight.com/PrimoBrands.
  • Through the Alight Mobile app, which you can find in the Apple App Store and Google Play. (You must set up your username and password through the enrollment website before you can use the app.)

 

When you make your choices, follow the prompts to review and update your beneficiary information too!

If you add a dependent to your coverage who has not already been verified, you will need to provide proof of the dependent relationship such as a marriage or birth/adoption certificate.

If You Miss the Deadline

If you don't update your benefits choices within 30 days of a qualified life event, you can make updates during the next Annual Enrollment period. Annual Enrollment is typically held in the fall for updates effective the following calendar year.

Use the Help Me Choose tool for help choosing a medical plan that meets your needs. Look for Help Me Choose as you make your choices in the enrollment platform.

Use Ask Lisa, your virtual assistant, for any questions you may have. Look for the Need Help? icon in the enrollment platform.

Web chat or schedule an appointment with customer service. Look for Customer Service on the homepage of the enrollment platform.
