Eligibility

All regular full-time associates who work a minimum of 30 hours per week are eligible for Primo Brands benefits. Benefits may vary for union employees.

Covering Dependents

To participate in some benefits—including medical, dental, and vision coverage—you must enroll. Other benefits are provided to you automatically.

Eligible dependents include your:

  • Legally married spouse or domestic partner
  • Natural children, stepchildren, adopted children, children of domestic partners, children for whom legal guardianship have been awarded and children who are subject to a Qualified Medical Child Support Order to
age 26
  • Unmarried children who are incapable of self-care (can be covered regardless of age)

If you want to include dependents in your coverage, you can enroll them when you enroll as a new hire, during Annual Enrollment, or within 30 days of a qualified life event.

Social Security numbers are required for each dependent over the age of three months.

If you add a dependent to your coverage who has not already been verified, you will need to provide proof of the dependent relationship such as a marriage certificate, birth/adoption certificate, joint tax return, or other document as described in the verification request.

If you have already provided proof of the dependent’s relationship to you, you do not need to provide any additional verification.

To submit dependent verification for a new dependent, follow the prompts when you add your dependent as you enroll or call the Primo Brands Benefits Service Center for assistance.

If the Primo Brands Benefits Service Center does not receive the requested verification documents from you by the deadline stated in your verification notice, your dependent(s) will be removed from coverage retroactively.

Benefits for Union Groups

Benefits may vary for union groups. If you are a union associate, see your Collective Bargaining Agreement for details about your benefits.
