Benefits

Vision Coverage

Through a benefits marketplace, you can choose from three different levels of coverage, and you can also choose from a variety of insurance carriers.

You can enroll as a new hire, during Annual Enrollment, or within 30 days of a qualified life event such as marriage or the birth of a child. You can enroll your spouse/domestic partner and dependent children too.

The Basics

The Coverage Levels

You can choose from three different levels of coverage:

  • Bronze

What's Covered

The Bronze coverage level offers coverage for eye exams only. There are discounts for eyeglass frames and lenses.
