Benefits

Disability Coverage

Disability benefits replace some of your income if you are disabled and unable to work.

Primo Brands automatically provides Short-Term Disability (STD) and Basic Long-Term Disability (LTD) at no cost to you—you don’t need to enroll in this basic coverage.

If you want additional income replacement, you can choose to purchase supplemental Buy-Up LTD coverage as a new hire or during Annual Enrollment.

How It Works

STD coverage provides benefits first for a period of time after an eligible illness or injury.

If you’re still unable to work after the STD benefit period, LTD coverage may begin.

What's Covered

Disability insurance pays if you can’t work because of an illness or injury. Delivery of a child is included.

What It Pays

Basic LTD benefits pay 50% of your base pay, up to $1,250 per month.

Buy-Up LTD benefits pay 60% of your base pay, up to $15,000 per month.

Your Paycheck Costs

Basic, company-provided Basic STD and LTD coverage is fully paid for by Primo Brands. You pay the full cost for supplemental Buy-Up LTD coverage through after-tax payroll contributions. You can see your specific rates when you enroll.
