When you’re facing a large bill (more than $300) from an out-of-network health care provider, negotiators are available to partner with you and your provider to make sure the amount billed to you is appropriate—which could reduce the amount you owe. In many cases, negotiators can help save you 20% or more.
If you don’t save any money through bill negotiation services, it’s totally free. If you do save money through bill negotiation services, you’ll pay 35% of your savings.

Starting in January 2026, all Primo Brands associates may be eligible for the new Primo Brands Retirement Savings Plan. This is a 401(k) account designed to help you save and invest for the future. The company will boost your savings with a company matching contribution.
